The breakfast had lots of great options and was nice and hot. This location was excellent and amazing, near to the shopping center, the bus stop, and local restaurants. I was happy to find Rakuu; it was within walking distance from the hotel and served nice food.

The rooms were tidy and ideal and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had very central location close to Saunders Oval. The area was great, a vacation base for me.

Got well-appointed room with coffee and a single bed and a goid sized fridge - always come in handy. Location: the hotel was near to the restaurant-which looked good and the centre of Ballina. I came across The Boardwalk & Cafes, it was at walking distance from the venue, offered nice shots.

The motel is conveniently located for a stopover on a long trip, with a great pool to relax by after a day of driving. We also found an awesome Chinese restaurant within walking distance of the motel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile by giving us bottled water for our onward journey. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, with perfectly poached eggs and perfectly cooked bacon.

The shower head in the bathroom was broken, causing water to go everywhere.

Was extremely disappointed with the lack of care, we had no hot water the entire trip, there was a lack of kitchen facilities and our cups were disgustingly dirty. Will never return again.

The shower head was broken and water kept going everywhere. They also turn off the hot water late at night. My friends and I got back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning after attending Splendour in the Grass, only to find that we couldn't have hot showers. It was disappointing to say the least.

The room with air conditioning was well-kept, and the beds were cozy; the location was convenient with a shopping area and major stores nearby within walking distance.

I loved the stay. Everything was very good. The parking was on-site. The room was air-conditioned and beautifully maintained. The location was magnificent and amazing, just a 5-minute walk from Ballina Rsl.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a quick overnight. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and nearby shopping center. We also enjoyed being close to the river and had a lovely dinner at the Fleur restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities available. The service provided was friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the delicious breakfast included in our stay.

The noise level was a bit high due to some celebrating guests, but it did not detract from our otherwise enjoyable experience.
